Advantages of joining the Quran memorization classes

Although memorizing the Qur'an can be done even at home without taking part in any circle or class by online quran tutor, the performance may not be as good as the opposite.

It is better for the child to join a Quran memorization class with other students, administered by a teacher in a Masjid or in an online classroom, even if the parents can hire a teacher to come to their home for private lessons .

This is because the child gains several advantages if he memorizes with other students in a class, which he can not obtain if he memorizes only at home. These advantages are the following:

1) The blessing of being with the teacher and his fellow students in the house of Allah is a great advantage and a continuous blessing. It has been reported authentically that the Prophet (pbuh) said:

"Whenever people gather in one of the houses of Allah, they recite the Book of Allah and study it among themselves, tranquility will descend on them, mercy will cover them, angels will surround them and Allah will mention them to those who are with Him. (that is, the angels). " [Saheeh Muslim]

2) The spirit of competence and enthusiasm that exists between the child and his classmates will increase his determination, hard work and persistence.

3) In general, the teacher who agrees to come to the child's home to take private lessons is not qualified or productive. As for the teacher who teaches in the Masjid, he is usually placed in this teaching position once he has demonstrated his qualifications to those responsible for the class or school.

4) There is an (an Arab) saying that it says: "Knowledge does not reach you, but you must go to it".

In addition, joining Quran memorization classes can also greatly improve your child's social behavior. The more your child interacts with other children, the more you will be exposed to knowledge.
